Description of Individual : My daughter is a happy, very energetic and active, and girly little girl.
She loves active play, climbing at the park, swimming, going for walks and wagon rides, and playing tag games outside, she also loves sensory play, basic, baking with supervision and assistance, and loves playing with dolls and role playing scenarios.
She gets overstimulated by a lot of commotion and will kick and cry when she gets to a certain point, but with one on one care, she rarely gets to this point. She does need assistance toileting and cleaning herself after a bowel movement. And sometimes a reminder to keep her clothes on and get dressed.
Worker's Role : Worker would be responsible for keeping her safe during the day, helping her get dressed, and helping her clean herself after toileting and reminding her to go to the toilet often.
Sometimes, if she is very soiled, the worker would have to supervise her and have her go in the bathtub so she can fully clean herself.
Availability : Currently, we are looking to have someone who is available in the mornings as she is currently out of school. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings are needed, then afternoon evening and week availability would also be helpful.
