Special Services at Home
This program serves children and teens with special needs by providing funding for personal development and growth while offering support to their family.

Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities Program
This program provides assistance to parents with extraordinary costs associated with having a child with serious special needs.

Enhanced Respite
Enhanced Respite is a program that is funded through the Home & Community Care division of the North West Local Health Integration Network (NWLHIN). It provides support for families caring for children with complex medical needs. Call your local LHIN office for more information and referrals.

Kenora Association for Commmunity Living 
Kenora Association for Community Living is a hub for those looking for information and services for children and adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. 

Passport
Created to provide opportunities for adult individuals who have a developmental disability and who have left school to find more ways to participate in their communities. This program for the Kenora/Rainy River area is administered through Lutheran Community Care in Thunder Bay. 

Family Directed Respite Funding
Family Directed Respite Funding is available to eligible families caring for seniors who live in the Kenora/Rainy River District. Family caregivers decide how they would like to receive their respite and Wesway reimburses the family for approved costs.
