Admission Criteria :

Indivduals 18 years and up with a primary diagnosis of an Intellectual Disability. Eligibility must be confirmed by DSO. Registration form including Plan of Care and Health/Information form must be completed prior to scheduling a pre-placement visit.

Bookings are generally based on first come, first serve basis. Families may book up to 24 days per calendar year. Bookings may be done up to three months in advance.
