Individuals 18 years and up with primary diagnosis of an Intellectual disability. Eligibility must be confirmed by DSO. Registration form including Plan of Care & Medical/Health Information form must be completed prior to scheduling a pre-placement visit.

Booking are generally based on first come, first serve basis. Families may book up to 24 days per calendar year. Booking may be done up to 3 months in advance.
