Admission Criteria :

Age 6 to 50 years old.
Must be mobile and as said non-aggressive for family home options.
Treatment homes can manage aggression if available.

Activities :

Minimum $318.00/day for family home and depending on length of stay and needs, may require $100.00 if required Monday-Friday for day program.

Minimum $385.00/day in treatment home and an additional $100.00/day if requires day program support Monday-Friday.

Comments :

Facility Capacity: We have as said a variety of potential options and each has its own capacity. Family home options have capacity for three, however, we have some home providers with one individual and a few with two individuals living with them.
Treatment homes have different capacities; 10, 4 and 4.
