General Information :	Respite placements are available through partnering agencies (Blue Hills Child and Family Centre, Kinark Child and Family Services, New Path Youth and Family Services and CHIMO). Respite options are: Therapeutic Family Care, Residential Care and Home Based/Community Respite.
Eligibility :	Children/youth with mental illness. Children/youth and their families receiving mental health services from a York Region children's mental health agency may be eligible for respite services. Respite referrals are submitted by the Case Manager of the family to the Respite Coordinator.
