We maintain the online database of screened respite providers and can match you with them based on your needs, and the skills and availability that you require from a support provider. Support providers can engage with families in the family home and in the community.

What to expect after you have completed your profile:
- The coordinator will contact you to confirm your registration and your username and password will be sent to you. The coordinator will send matches to your profile.
- Log in to your profile with the provided login information and view your support provider profile matches. Review these profiles and decide which providers you would like to contact.
- Begin contacting the providers directly to discuss details, confirm availability, experiences and share your family's needs. The support provider's contact information is on their profile.
- Decide which support provider(s) you would like to support your family and let them know.
- Work with the support provider to arrange schedules, rates of pay, duties, etc. You may want to consider signing an agreement.
- Start receiving a valuable break!
Are you already registered on our database?
Log in to your profile on the top right of our website, using the username and password that was emailed to you. You can update your profile with current hours required, and specific skills needed in your support worker. You can reach out to the coordinator at anytime to request additional support provider profiles.
