Effective March 31, 2016, Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region will no longer be hosting the CHAP Program through respiteservices.com. Unfortunately this program has not been as effective as we had hoped it would be and so this organizational decision was made.

Extend-A-Family is currently developing a model of support that will allow families and individuals to connect with independent support providers, but with more initial and ongoing support available to both families and providers through the agency.
