Respite Options in Waterloo Region

In Waterloo Region, nine developmental service agencies offer a variety of respite programs, both in-home and out-of-home. These programs serve people of varying ages with a variety of different needs and interests. Program Title :	Seasonal Day Camp Respite - Summer Camp
Program Time :	Monday through Friday during the day
Program Runs from :	July and August of each year.
Program Length :	Offered for five weeks each summer
Program Cost :	$100.00 for the week
Admission Criteria :	Offered to 6 - 8 children who are considered medically fragile or technologically dependent. Must be school-aged.
Activities :	Offers theme days, arts and crafts, leisure activities, swimming, Snoezelen, sensory activities, and community outings.
Comments :	Summer Camp is offered at our Kingsway location for five weeks each summer. It serves 6 - 8 children who are medically fragile or technogically dependent.
