General Information :	The Children’s Community Network (CCN) is an agency funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS), which provides coordinated information, central access for children and families in the Sudbury and Manitoulin Districts who use services funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, service coordination for children with complex needs who require multiple services, case resolution service for children whose needs are not being adequately met by the local system of children’s services, respite coordination services (Respiteservices.com), and pediatric clinic referral and coordination services.
Eligibility :	Anyone can contact the agency to receive information about services or to request a general consultation, including the individual seeking children's services, a family member, school personnel, a physician or a community agency.
