General Information :	Hazelwood House Programs: - Day Program (Septemeber - June) - School Break Program (March Break, PD days, etc.) - Summer Program (July - August) Each program provides a tremendous amount of opportunity for adults with special needs to develop essential life and social skills in a safe, inclusive environment. Hazelwood House is open five days a week with clients selecting which day(s) are most accommodating for them.
Eligibility :	Day Program - 18 to 50 years old. School Break Program - 18 to 21 years old. Summer Program - 18 to 50 years old.
