General Information :	A recreational and supportive program designed for older adults living in the community. The program offers a small group setting or individualized programming. Regular foot care, blood pressure and weight monitoring and hot nutritious full course meals are also available. This Day Service is also available in Mitchell, St Marys, Milverton and Listowel. Eligibility :	Seniors/older adults who are living in the community (as opposed to an institution) Individuals who may be having difficulty with their activities of daily living Individuals who would benefit in a small group, social, recreational and supportive atmosphere
