President's Choice Children's Charity

President's Choice Children's Charity supports children with special needs by providing financial grants for essential specialized equipment and essential therapies. Through individual grants, the charity is able to supply much needed resources and help provide a renewed sense of independence, dignity and freedom.

Who applies for assistance?

The charity receives applications from families whose children have been diagnosed with a range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, autism, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida and various developmental delays.

Eligibility

To be considered a candidate for assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:

-Child (18 and under)
-Diagnosed physical or developmental disability
-Household annual income $70,000 or less
-Must be a Canadian citizen and/or have permanent resident status in Canada

If applying for summer camp, please submit application prior to May 1. Applications for camp must be received and approved before child attends camp.
