CHAP Program

The CHAP Program facilitates the connection of individuals with disabilities and respite providers through a Family Registry and Provider Database.

The Community Helpers for Active Participants (CHAP) program is a database of qualified, experienced Providers and families seeking support. CHAP providers vary in experience, skill sets, and availability, and should not be considered trained therapists.

respiteservices.com assists with providing parent/caregiver relief, in the family home or in the community by helping network respite providers and families. This may include one to one support in the community and assisting families to implement recommendations made by qualified therapists (e.g. Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist).

respiteservices.com assists families of individuals with disabilities to connect with respite options both in and out of home through a
Family Registry and a Worker Database
