The Worker Database offers you the opportunity to be connected to families looking for respite support while maintaining the independence and flexibility of being self-employed. Our database matches independent contractors, like yourself, to families supporting individuals of all ages.

Interested in joining?

Simply register online, or print the registration form and mail it to us!  Once registered, you will be contacted by the Website Administrator to set up an orientation to www.respiteservices.com.  At this orientation, you will be required to present the original copy of your clear Criminal Reference Check, including the Vulnerable Sector section, dated within the past year, as well as three 3 references.  

Once you have been approved for the Database, your profile will be sent to caregivers or individuals as they request searches to be completed. Workers cannot contact families/caregivers directly through the site.  They will contact you if they would like to meet with you to discuss a contract.

Here are some important points to remember:

• Please keep your profile up to date as your schedule changes! This allows us to provide the best customer service to caregivers and individuals, with the most up to date and accurate information about you. 
• Updates may be requested at scheduled times in order to ensure our database is accurately reflecting workers current availability and contact information. Profiles that are not updated by scheduled dates will be made inactive until they are updated.
